Normally admission is done only LKG (Nursery). Those seeking admission should be within the age group of 3½ and 4 years on April 1 of the year of admission. The age requirement for other classes will be on the basis of the above rules. Admission to classes other than nursery will depend on vacancies, and information regarding them can be obtained from the school office/notice board a few days before the begining of the new academic session.
Admissions are done on the basis of the necessary requirements. The fitness of the students is the sole criterion for selection. The school does not charge capitation fee. Offers of donations, bringing influences to bear on the management with a view to gain admission, etc. Will entail disqualification of the candidate.
The appications for admission/registration should be accompanied by an authentic document containing the child’s date of birth. We accept date of birth certificates only from the Municipal Corporation or the Panchayat. Affidavit or hospital Certificate will not be accepted. A student coming from an affiliated and recognized school should produce a T.C. with a clear mention of date of birth. Date of birth once registered will not be altered.
The school management acting through the Principal will request the withdrawal of a student who fails for two consecutive years in the same class.

The progress of classes Nursery and K.G. will be assessed through continuous
comprehensive cumulative assessment system. No special arrangements for examinations will be
made for pupils who, for any reason, are absent from any of the tests or examinations already
conducted. Promotion is decided in consultation with the teachers at the end of the academic year.
Promotion is granted on the basis of the marks obtained in the annual examination as well as in the
test and the general works of the whole year. In deciding the promotion of a student, marks of all
the semester examination will be taken into consideration. The minimum pass mark in each subject
will be 40 percent.
Annual awards and Prizes given will be on the basis of total marks obtained in all semesters.
Absence/leave in an examination will be treated as having received no marks in it. Leave from examination in no case, will be sanctioned more than once.
Parents can meet the Principal on all working days from 8:30 - 9:30 am and 12:30 - 1:30pm as well as by appointment. The parents should make it a point to take this opportunity to discuss the progress of their children. However, if any parent feels that he/she needs to meet the teacher with regard to the work or conduct of his/her child or for any problem faced by the child, he/she is encouraged to do so at the earliest only after making an appointment with the Principal.
